We do this through energy efficient design, science-based research, and Passive House+ construction—including retro-fitting, new construction and infill development.

Furniture designer and ski-bum turned developer/contractor
A lover of wood & design, Mitchell offers 25 years in the construction industry & a lifetime loving the outdoors. He is passionate about beautifying urban areas with functional infill; he is fascinated by clean energy, smart design, and reducing poverty through education. He is a helpless skibum cutting clean tracks in the Tetons & Rockies with his 4 kids. Creator of UT’s 1st Net Zero Community; Founder of Redfish.
Tiffany Ivins
Social activist and rural Himalayan teacher turned designer/developer
Founder of Redfish; 10 years in construction industry with emphasis in green building; studied International Development at Oxford University and BYU with Doctoral/Masters research in Himalayan villages exploring appropriate technologies, solar energy, and line of sight internet relay. Expertise: proposals, realtor duties, and liaising with engineers, architects, and designers.
Sam Jensen Augustine
Environmental botanist and mate connoisseur turned energy engineer and architect
Energy and Sustainable Design Consultant for Redfish; 12 years in green design and construction; studied Architecture at the University of Oregon; Ginsberg Fellow USGBC; Manager PG&E’s Pacific Energy Center; Expertise: cost effective energy efficiency, whole building systems and integrated design approach to building design construction and delivery.

Slalom skier extraordinaire turned financial strategist
Financial Advisor and Accountant for Redfish; over 10 years experience in accounting/finance industry; studied Accounting and Business Management at Utah State University (Huntsman International Scholar); intern with Deloitte in London. Expertise: Accounting, financial research on trends, opportunities and feasibility studies.

Marketer/designer/environmentalist turned cheerleader for net zero homes
Designer/Outreach Director for Redfish; 29 years of design and advertising for large and small companies; studied graphic design at the University of Utah, taught typography at Brigham Young University; passionate about learning, the environment, health, and people’s welfare; Expertise: design, art direction, concept creation and implementation, sustainability, facilitating dialogue and connections.
